Requirements:
· 4+ years of excellent hands-on experience in Java/J2EE design & development
· Should have expertise in design & development of web UI/responsive design/JSP, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS, XML, JSON, Hybrid frameworks like Apache Cordova
· Should have expertise in design & development of Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate(ORM)
· Strong database design and SQL experience - RDBMS & NOSQL
· Industry experience or knowledge of building large scale cloud systems(AWS) and with hands-on engineering skills
· Experience in designing integration points to other systems
· Hands-on experience in Software Development process (Requirements Gathering/Analysis and Use Case Definition, Design and Implementation of the software solution).
· Experience with Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum
· Strong Communication/Leadership Skills
· Ability to Work in fast paced Development environment
· Work with Peers in planning and coordination of work activities
· Shares personal knowledge through coaching and mentoring
