Experience Type: 6+Years.
Job Location : Chennai.
Interviews Mode : F2F.
Position : .Net Technical Lead.
Mode : Permanent.
Education : BE or Btech or MCA or equivalent is a must.
Certification: Any Microsoft .Net Certification will be added Advantage.
NOTE : We want candidates who can join with us within short period(1week to 15days) and who've worked on client development projects than internal or maintenance projects.

Primary :
Skill set for 6+years candidate:
•Strong technical skills - C#, Java Script, MVC, SQL Server (If candidate is not very strong on SQL but good in other areas we are ok)
•Strong design skills - Low level design and high level design
•Good at design patterns (candidate should be strong in the design patterns that he has implemented)
•Code quality - Good at doing code reviews, unit testing and integration testing
•Good at writing the requirement documents
•Good at requirements analysis and design
•Mentor and guide the team
•Good attitude
•Willing to make hands dirty and code
•Give technical guidance to the team
•Good at DevOps (If the candidate is average in this area and willing to learn we can consider)
