Job description :
* Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
* Has deep understanding of new products/technologies (mobile security Internet identity authentication REST vs. SOAP Database Architecture)
* Convert business and functional requirements into world class technical design
* Demonstrated ability in handling technical conversations around design and development with client
* Strong design and development experience in ASP.NET; C#.NET; HTML JAVASCRIPT; IIS; Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5; MS-SQLSever; Visual Studio.NET
* Excellent understanding of IIS server
* Experience architecting a solution and delivering in an agile environment
* Lead and mentor developers
* Strong relationship builder in cross-functional teams
* Ability to assimilate large amounts of information and quickly identify key issues
* Demonstrated experience in onshore-offshore model
* Strong analytical and problems solving skills
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
