Strong data visualization skills including exposure to dash-boarding. Ability to articulate strategic ideas and get buy-in from stakeholders through differentiated presentations. Key Responsibilities: – Lead Generative & Formative Research, User Journeys, Wireframes, Site Maps and Content Matrices, develop Experience Maps and Prototypes - manage the project from idea through execution. Excellent knowledge of usability, accessibility and industry standards with specific focus on financial services. – Articulate and present UX strategy/ UX deliverables within the firm and to our clients which extends beyond visual design. – Experience with A/B testing, data analytics and business intelligence platforms – Ability to move very quickly from an idea to MVP for exploration – Have a data driven approach and help with insight delivery to help understand clients' business, their needs, and the opportunities and challenges that exist in their categories – Develop insight delivery channels that better visualize and present key insights – Strong communication skills (presentation, story-telling, visualization) and the ability to get buy-in for recommended ideas/ strategy within a large organization. – Proven uses-case and experience complex business problems by designing best-in-class experiences for large-scale programs – Prior experience working within a fast-paced creative environment preferably within a communication or creative agency setting – Able to balance work on several projects at a time while meeting all deadlines. – Assume functional ownership of the solution, manage scope of the project effectively; Provide oversight on processes involved Interested candidates can share their profiles ASAP on kajal.kapadia@theoptimum.net Regards kajal Is this job relevant to you?
