1.Must have 9+ experience, can lead a team size of 8 or more members
2.Must be technically sound in Design of J2EE applications using UML
3.Should be able to resolve technical problems and guide the team technically
4.In depth knowledge and experience of java programming languages (Java,J2EE)
5.Experience in JSP,Servlets, Spring, Struts, Hibernate
6.Experience in Web Services and SOAP,
7.Experience in application integration
8.Experience in Javascript, XML JQuery
9.Experience of Oracle database
10.Knowledge of content management tools
11.Knowledge of BPM tools is added advantage
