We invite you to participate in Intelligent Virtual Assistants, a prize hackathon by Kore.ai. There are some exciting prizes up for grabs.
In this hackathon, teams will work on developing an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) using the Kore.ai XO Platform to solve a credible business use case or problem and improve the experiences for customers or employees or any other stakeholder from the industry of their choice.

About Hackathon

In today's hyper-connected world, it is a challenge for businesses to efficiently manage the volume of interactions with customers and employees. It worsens even further to handle these interactions on various channels and languages. Improper attention to this issue results in poor end-user/customer experiences. Rules

  • This competition will have three levels â€" a screening round (with multiple choice questions online), online hackathon round and the online Grand Finale.
  • Maximum two attempts in the screening round. The higher score of the two attempts will be used as the final score.
  • Based on the screening round, participants will be allowed to compete in the second round. Participants need to score 40% or more to qualify for round two.

  • Once you qualify for the second round, you will get an option to submit your prototype. Your fully functional virtual assistant prototype must be developed on the Kore.ai Experience Optimization Platform during the hackathon period. You may use open-source libraries, publicly available datasets, and other freely available systems or frameworks.
