Sr. Application Software Developer ---
Education:
Graduated Engineer / Bachelor / Master of Science / Master of Engineering, University of Computer Science / Electrical Engineering (or similar)
Responsibility:
Software engineer for machine application within the software team of the banknote processing division to develop new innovative solutions for the cash cycle automation
Main Tasks:
Software development within a team in a development project
Understand requirements, system and software architectures, interfaces and software architecture quality attributes
Develop software designs in alignment with the requirements and the software architecture in close collaboration with the software architect
Implement features and develop automated tests for your area of responsibility
Estimate and track the effort of your areas of responsibility.
Experience:
7 - 10 years experience in software development (good mixture within the team)
Experienced in software development approaches covering and improving the whole software development lifecycle (V-Model, CMMI, Scrum, FDD, TDD)
Experienced in effort estimation and tracking in the area of responsibility
Experienced in Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Design (OOD), UML, Patterns, State Modeling
Know how to develop, model and document software designs, knowledge in architectural and design patterns, knowledge in software architecture quality attributes, focus on smart integration .
Experienced in technical projects, ideally machine development projects consisting of mechanics, electronics, real-time control software and embedded application software
"Operating Systems: Windows CE 6.0, Windows Embedded Compact 7, Windows 7 Embedded
Programming: C#, .NET Compact Framework, .NET Framework
Development Tools: Visual Studio 2010, Team Foundation Server (TFS) / ClearCase, Enterprise Architect, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)"
Have a good technology breadth: Embedded Computing, Availability and Fault Tolerance, Databases, Messaging, Networking, Parallelism/Multithreading/Multitasking, State Machines, Performance, Security, Usability and User Interface Design, Unit Testing and Test Automation
Communication and Soft Skills
International Collaboration
Good English (speaking and writing)
Communication: Be a team-player with open and proactive communication with all stakeholders (locally and with headquarter), collaborate
Personal: Positive Attitude and good behavior. Be self-organized, analytical and structured, quality oriented, have a good grasp and quick learning aptitude, continuously improve yourself and your environment, be effective and efficient
