Job Description:
Job Responsibilities/KRAs:
1. Provide technical leadership to Dev Teams
2. Understand product vision and expectation on technical solution architecture
3. Assist in overall application architecture and solutioning
4. Be part of pre-sales process in providing solutions
5. Help Delivery/Project managers with estimates
6. WBS creation from User stories
7. Responsible for Solution framework related Design and artefacts
8. Provide high level and detailed design guidelines to development and testing teams
9. Code review and ensure application code is developed as per the defined architecture standards
10. Publish Code Metrics
11. Sprint acceptance tracking and management
12. Responsible for Sprint and Release deployments
Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications, Certifications etc.
Must Have:
1. 10+ years of total technical experience with 3 years as Technical Architector Solutions Architect in large scale product development team
2. Strong technical expertise and work experience in .Net, Azure PaaSand related technologies
3. Good Knowledge on Architecture Patterns (MVVM, MVC, SOA, OOAD)& Design Patterns, Re-factoring and unit testing, Code versioning and best practices
4. Experience in IIS, AJAX, XML and Knowledge in LINQ is a plus.
5. Experience in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS is a plus.
6. Strong database skills in SQL Server, MySQL and No SQL experience is a plus.
7. Domain Wise - Solution design in areas such as insurance, banking, healthcare and retail services. Should have good understanding of one or more of the above areas.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
10. Must demonstrate clear abilities to lead and mentor a team.
11. Need to be excellent team player.
12. Pre-sales experience is a plus
