- Very strong in SP custom development, .net and SQL server - Strong exposure on SP 2013, purely in custom development - Strong in OOPS concepts. - Should have 2-3 yrs exposure in SharePoint 2010. - Strong experience in .Net web app development. - Needs to work as an individual contributor. - Should be able to understand requirements and translate to code. Technical Competencies: - Sharepoint 2013 - Strong .Net and SQl Server Skills
