Design solutions for the project that enable customer to meet their process/business goals
Leading the requirement session with client.

Role Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Industry
- Insurance knowledge in Personal, Commercial and Specialty Lines
- Has done insurance certifications
- Has worked on a consultancy assignment, at least 3+ years of customer facing experience (Outside India)
- Has good verbal and presentation skills
- Independently drive opportunities and POC activities
- Interface with Product and Implementation Teams for getting required assistance or support for the team
- Define and implement best practices for the team
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Participate and provide inputs during Product Council, Solution development activities
2) Java Architect (Exp must be in Insurance Domain )

The Java Architect will be responsible for
· Designing functional technology solutions
· Overseeing development and implementation of programs
· Providing technical leadership and support to software development teamsthe designing, implementation and maintenance
Role Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Development Industry
- Development Tools skillset like Java, J2EE, Angular JS, Workflow BPM tools, jBoss Rule Engine, HTML5, XSLT, snowflake and Automation tools.
- Has basic insurance knowledge in Personal and Commercial Lines
- Has knowledge and implemented various design architectures and concepts.
- At least 2+ years of customer facing experience (Outside India)
- Has good verbal and presentation skills
- Independently drive opportunities and pursuit POC.
- Define and implement best practices for the team
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Skills / Attributes Required:
• Should have working experience in solution architecture, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, production support, environment support and
implementation of Enterprise applications
• Must have understanding of SOA architecture
• Must have worked on web services building using HTTP-SOAP and REST and integrated multiple systems in an environment
• Must have working experience in JAX-RPC, JAX-WS, Spring, Apache CXF, Apache Axis, REST
• Should have knowledge in WS-Security mechanisms.
• Must be good at framework based application design/understanding.
• Experience in MVC Framework, Hibenate, Spring, Flex, Apache CXF, RPC, SOA, REST
• Experience in Drools Rules, IBM iLog , Jess, CLIPS
• Testing tools like SOAPUI, Junit, TestNG
• Knowledge in Object Oriented Design (OOD), Analysis (OOA), Modelling (OOM) based on Unified Modelling Language (UML)
• Experience in RDBMS
• Working experience in Eclipse, intelliJ, NetBeans
• Web server - JBoss AS, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere
• Should have excellent in oral and written communication skills.
