Desired Candidate: - Strong dot Net Tech Lead ( C#, ASP.Net, VB.NET,MVC, DB skills), should have worked on Enterprise system
- Minimum 10 + Yrs of experience with strong communication skills
- Strong client facing, Stakeholder management skills, preferably someone who has already been to onsite
- Experience in Cap Markets – Confirmation Matching, Regulatory requirement is Nice to have. Any exposure to EPM ( Enterprise Performance Management) is a big plus
- One should have worked on Re-engineering projects and should be able to do assessment of existing code base to come out with further strategy, approach
- Experience on Agile, Devops will be needed at later stage of project
