Job Description
Responsible for handling SDLC of the Products and ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring resource availability, scheduling, allocation, team management.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Set deadlines, and monitor and summarize progress of project, initiating corrective action wherever necessary.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Create and manage the product roadmap based on the requirements and the market research, ensuring that the product stays on plan and meets its high-level strategic objectives.
Involved in the product implementation and managing the client relationships
Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains product management staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
