Mentor and guide them whenever required. • Adherence to the defined delivery process/guidelines for effective delivery process & deployment process. • Participation in Coding, Unit Test cases, reviews, release process adherence for deliveries. • Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation • Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor. • Key job functions would include job monitoring, analysis, debugging problems, PLM tasks, providing code fixes & testing. Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan. • Ensuring timely updating of TFS with resolution data, root cause • Ensure availability over weekends/holidays as may be needed due to project  requirements • Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team. • Good oral & written communication Skills. Must Have Skills • Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / MCA / Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant). • Total IT Experience should be 10+ years • Background in healthcare industry applications development and support • Good skills in  ASP.Net, .Net,  SQL Server/SSIS/SRS/ Vb.Net/ c# / MVC 4 & 5 / WCF/ HTML 5/Java Script/ JQuery  &  Estimation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Adaptable to work in different shift if required • Experience in Configuration tool TFS/SVN.
