Exp : Minimum 7 to 8 years
Gender : MALE only
Skill Set :
8+ years of development experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team of 3-8 people
Expert in C# (5+ years), ASP.Net MVC (3+ years)
Good experience in SQL Server
Solid knowledge in Entity framework, OOPS, LINQ,WEB API
Expert knowledge in Javascript, JQuery, JQuery UI, Bootstrap
Strong in HTML5, CSS 3
Angular is a Must
Familiarity with n-tier environment
Expertise in Angular 2+ is added advantage
Job Description :
Hands-on in Coding, Testing and Deploying Builds to QA
Understanding of Architecture
Excellent code review skills
Extensive experience in performance tuning and code optimization
Competent to work on multiple phases of complex projects independently
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements
Ability to challenge current approach by implementing new approaches
Lead team, do client interaction and help team technically
Willingness to go extra mile when comes to learning or taking up responsibilities
Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to company's goals & mission
Roles & Responsibility :
Design and deliver a feature, or component with highest quality with high level directions from architects
Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements
Provide input on new designs and architecture as needed
Provide functional design and code reviews with-in team and cross-team
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Database design & administration on SQL Azure & SQL Server
Strong Impact Analysis on the existing code systems before coding
Work with clients to understand and implement new requirements
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Rise above detail to see broader issues and implications for whole product/team
Identify bottlenecks and bugs
Devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Ensuring project reviews, monitoring and planning the project details
Estimate efforts, identify risks, devises and meets project schedules
Respond to customer issues within SLA
Run review meetings effectively and drive the closure of all open issues on time
Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver end-to-end products
