Please find the JD below :- Primary Responsibilities: • Overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex project • Be technically hands-on and be able to inculcate best programming and engineering practices by “doing” • Design: Envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to materialize it • Estimate: Create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module, and be able to justify it • Mentor: Coach high performing engineering team to build and deliver health care product to market Career management and development of direct reports • Operations: Possess/acquire strong troubleshooting skills and be interested in performing troubleshooting of issues in different desperate technologies and environments • Thought Leadership: Propose and implement best in class architectural solution for big and complex systems • Engineering: Implement and adhere to best engineering practices like design, unit testing, functional testing automation, continues integration and delivery • Stakeholder management: Clarity of thought and ability to take decisions bases on available information Required Qualifications: • Degree/diploma in Business IT Systems • Approximately 10-12 years of IT experience • 5-6 years into team management • Dot Net experience with minimum 2 years of RPA experience in UIPath and/or Pega Open Span • Worked/managed projects on Agile methodology • Motivated and dedicated leader with a great sense of responsibility • Work ethic of dependability through punctuality, flexibility and adaptability to perform as an efficient, detail oriented team player • Proven ability to communicate effectively with displayed levels of knowledge, skills and responsibilities with global business stakeholders • Excellent communication skills • Effective presentation skills, meeting skills (both online and face to face), email writing skills, business etiquette and formal dressing Job location is Hyderabad Please share your updated resume to shruti.guru@wowjobs.biz.
