· Conduct Design discussions, Analysis and design.
· Conduct peer review code. Guide and mentor junior team members.
· Identify tools for code review automation. Good at .Net, MVC, Design patterns.
· Good communication skills and coding skills
· Strong analysis and design experience
· Has good exposure to the finance domain and exposure to payments would be an advantage
· Good Comm. skill.
