Key Job Description/Responsibilities
• Work with developers, onsite project lead, business analyst to understand technology, business strategy and their implication for solutions • Responsible for coming up with appealing user interfaces • Should be able to work on a project independently with minimal inputs from the lead • Familiarize themselves with the business functionality and technology used for assigned applications • Working closely with on-site or client teams for alluring screen designing • Should be able to provide UI team updates as part of daily stand up calls • Should be able to bring up the risks effectively if any from UI team standpoint • Demonstrates a working understanding of the defect and change management process • Able discuss status of all open issues facing the UI/UX team and describes actions taken to mitigate such issues • Ensure the assigned user story in the sprint are complete with details like associated tasks, effort in each task, Acceptance criteria, priority for the user story etc. before sprint commences • Ensure to update task with remaining hours or with respective status every day. This will ensure the burn down chart is up to date at EOD. Ensure to send the Daily Status Report to the required audience • Interact with India SD Offshore Manager/Dev Lead for project coordination, ensure process standardization and alignment with Onsite SD counterparts
