Java Technical Delivery Manager:
Role & Responsibilities:
Technical Delivery Manager
Manage and deliver multiple projects at the same time
Provide post-sales ownership over multiple accounts and support our growing business
Experience:
Around 12 years, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in end to end delivery including:
Scope Management
Requirement Management
Design & Delivery Management
UAT & Customer Management
Post Delivery Support & Maintenance
Technical Skills (Essential):
Project Management
Programming Background in Java and J2EE
Working knowledge on various project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, GitHub etc.
Knowledge on Agile development methodologies
Technical Skills (Desirable):
Certified Scrum Master
PMP
Other Skills:
Good Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Communication & Presentation Skills
Possess client facing experience in a global setting
Qualified Software Professionals (B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M. Tech / MCA/ Research Scholars in Computer Science) or Equivalent work experience.
Experience in BFSI domain is an added advantage.
