1. Effective Leadership experience, with action plans for managing team.
2. Excellent command over English (Verbal and Written)
3. Understanding of IT Applications, Processes and Requirements in a support environment.
4. Customer Service Experience.
5. Proven ability to learn and apply new skills and processes rapidly and coach, mentor, influence others.
6. Support Global Blue Chip Organisations.
7. Strong Troubleshooting Skills.
8. Keep the team's technical and non-technical skills current by promoting and guiding ongoing professional and personal development.
9. Frequently interact with team leads, customers, and functional peer group team leaders/managers, involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
