Job Description:-
Notice Period- 30 days
⢠8-10+ years of experience
⢠Expertise in implementing MS Dynamics based CRM 201x solutions
⢠Experience of leading MS Dynamics CRM implementation for 2+ customers
⢠Experienced in multiple MS Dynamics CRM Implementation life-cycles
⢠Must have expertise with MS .NET â" preferably C# design and development
⢠Must have expertise in MS WCF and webservices
⢠Experienced in MS-SQL database SQLs and programming
⢠Sound understanding of HTML/HTML5, XML, CSS, etc.
⢠Experience with Angular JS and/or AJAX is a plus
⢠MS Dynamics certification as must
Functional
⢠Experience in delivering CRM solutions for Telecom operators is desirable
⢠Strong Architectural Knowledge of CRM in MS Dynamics
⢠Very good understanding of Customer Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service Request Management, etc.

⢠Good team leading skills; ability to guide and coach junior designers/developers
⢠Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
⢠Identifies the key issues in situations, analyses the data, recognizes the root cause of problems and generates successful solutions
⢠Self-Confident and Motivated. Should have the skill to motivate Team members when required
⢠Flexibility and Adaptability to adapt to new situations and challenges
