Notice Period- 30 days
• 8-10+ years of experience
• Expertise in implementing MS Dynamics based CRM 201x solutions
• Experience of leading MS Dynamics CRM implementation for 2+ customers
• Experienced in multiple MS Dynamics CRM Implementation life-cycles
• Must have expertise with MS .NET â€" preferably C# design and development
• Must have expertise in MS WCF and webservices
• Experienced in MS-SQL database SQLs and programming
• Sound understanding of HTML/HTML5, XML, CSS, etc.
• Experience with Angular JS and/or AJAX is a plus
• MS Dynamics certification as must
Functional
• Experience in delivering CRM solutions for Telecom operators is desirable
• Strong Architectural Knowledge of CRM in MS Dynamics
• Very good understanding of Customer Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service Request Management, etc.

• Good team leading skills; ability to guide and coach junior designers/developers
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Identifies the key issues in situations, analyses the data, recognizes the root cause of problems and generates successful solutions
• Self-Confident and Motivated. Should have the skill to motivate Team members when required
• Flexibility and Adaptability to adapt to new situations and challenges
