We also need of another opening of IT MANAGER â" TECHNICAL LEAD for our Hyderabad office. Initially he may have to take training at Nizamabad office for 3 to 6 months ( or more ) period on the subject and later on he shall serve at Hyderabad office only. Monthly he has to visit Nizamabad office as per the requirement to settle the issues in IT field.
Also as informed earlier arrange to get CVs of Dept. Incharge Personnel and Admn. For Nizamabad office.

Job Profile: IT Manager / Technical Lead
Educational Qualification:
a. A Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering
b. M Tech in Computer Science/Electronics, Masters in Computer Applications MCA
Technical Qualification:
a. Coding knowledge in .NET C# or vb.net, ASP.NET, JavaScript. Component design (ActiveX), user defined controls
b. Hands on SQL Server 2012 database
c. Experience in VB 6.0 will have preference, though not mandatory
d. Knowledge in Reporting tools like Crystal Reports
e. Packaging and Deploying solution
f. Ability to guide the IT network / System Administrators
g. Solutions design with the various IT hardware devices like NAS, Biometric, and Turnstile etc
h. Quickly provide alternate solutions to the failure of the IT equipment.
Experience:
a. Required 7 years to 15 years, in the same capacity.
b. IT Project management
c. Experience on ERP solutions will be a big advantage
c. Demonstrated experience to lead a team of at least 10 IT staff
d. Good communication skills, spoken and written
e. Ability to design IT solutions, troubleshoot the IT issues.
f. Maintain IT Department documentation
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have to present outstanding leadership capabilities, illustrating proficiency in both written and communication skills. Provide roadmap to IT systems as per management requirements from time to time. As per business requirements should liaison with the management and IT staff. As per new resource requirements, recruitment and selecting new IT staff and recommendations about the remunerations. Has to supervise IT staff and guide towards the solution. Where required impart training to IT staff, to improve the performance of the candidate. Recommend future IT strategy for the benefit of the company. Manage the various versions of the business source code across the organization. Track the issues and report them back to the management for solutions. Allot and Track the tasks status of all the IT staff. Make IT infrastructure recommendations for the company.
Remuneration: 12 Lakhs to 15 Lakhs/annum
