Position: OFFSHORE DEVELOPMENT LEAD (.NET) (URGENT)
Qualification: Master or Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Application
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Possibility of Onsite Visits at client location [Australia])
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To Lead, Monitor, Mentor & Allocate development tasks to offshore developers.
- To act as a conduit between onshore staff and offshore resources ensuring requirements are understood and communicated, software quality is high and deadlines are met.
- Ensure offshore resources maintain the required level of knowledge and skills to properly perform their day to day work.
- Ensure offshore infrastructure is of a suitable standard and offshore developers have proper environments to develop and test against.
- Day to Day development of modules. Assist in defining development coding and process standards.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
- Extensive experience in .NET solution architecture
- Extensive data modelling experience
- At least 5 Years team leadership experience
- At least 10 Years software development experience (.NET)
- Experience in managing onshore/offshore resources
- Extensive experience with .NET/C#, Asp.NET, MVC 3 or later, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, XML, JSON
- Experience with at least 4 - 5 Projects in Asp.NET MVC or 2 - 3 Large projects of Asp.NET MVC
- Experience of other tools/tech viz., Angular JS, KnockoutJS, Typescript, Web API, Dependency Injection Tools, Bootstrap, JQuery, Dapper, Various Design Patterns (Factory, repository, etc.)
- Experience with responsive web development in Twitter Bootstrap or similar
- Experience in SQL Server (2008 or later)
- Experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Detail focused, organized, customer focused & cooperative team player
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
- Review of Profile (CV) by Technical Panel.
- If the profile gets shortlisted, there will be a Personal/Telephonic Technical Interview.
- If shortlisted, there would be another round with our Clients (Visiting India in November 2nd week)
