Job Location: Magarpatta Pune
Job Type : Permanent with Capita India Pvt
Position : Tech Lead ( Dot Net)
Skill: Individual Contributor (40%) and manage developers (60%).
Role: The Technical Lead is responsible for development and delivery of applications as per the defined standards and best practice in Capita India.
The Tech Lead will work as part of a team with delivery focus for application design, development, system testing, UAT and support of live systems. The Tech Lead will be the main contact for deliveries into UAT and to Live for their allocated projects.
The Tech Lead will look to support the Manager - Application Services in ensuring that the Application Services team is striving to deliver robust and quality solutions to the client base.
Experience:Essential
*A minimum of 7 years ASP.NET, C# / VB.NET experience working with enterprise level applications in a matrix organization.
*Experience and understanding of .NET development architecture for Web and Windows
*Managing developers
*Visual Studio 2010/12/13
*SQL Server 2008, Entity Framework, LINQ
*XML, JSON, JQuery, AJAX
*TFS 2013
* Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
*Clear understanding of SDLC/ Agile Methodology
*Knowledge of Web API or Restful Services
*MVC
*Unit Testing using Visual Studio
*Knockout
*Knowledge of SharePoint Administration

*Telerik/Kendo controls
*SQL server 2012

*SQL Business Intelligence: SSIS / SSAS / SSRS
