. Good Communication Skills.
2. Strong knowledge on OOPs concepts .
3. Must have at least 5+ years hands on experience in ASP.NET, VB.NET/C#, .
4. Must have experience in Web Services/WCF, SQL Server, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON .
5. Hands on experience or Knowledge of Ajax and Design patterns .
6. Should have working knowledge of version control tools like TFS .
7. Should have experience in writing in complex stored procedures using SQL Server 2008 and above .
8. Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented.
