1-Project Leader - Software Development (8 -10 yrs experience)
2-Project Manager - Software Development (10 -12 yrs experience)
Job Location: Delhi/NCR / Mumbai/ Chennai
Job Description:
This is a first level manager position and an individual is expected to be:
* Responsible for delivering a high quality S/W project, meeting all required functionality, within allocated schedule and budget.
* Responsible for one or more module(s) consisting of 8-10 team members and for managing all issues relating to team/ module(s).
* Involved in all Strategic Business Unit related issues.
* Able to direct the successful design, implementation and delivery of one or more projects, depending on the project size and management experience.
* Responsible for all aspects of project management (knowledge of planning, project management, budgeting, Scheduling) and management of all resources: Able to coach/ mentor the junior members in the project and provide necessary support to them.
* Expected to manage projects from multiple customers.
Technical Expectations:
* Development and implementation experience of OOP's, Multi-Tier software development, component Architecture, Web-Based Software, GUI design and system integration.
* Thorough knowledge of Java/J2EE, Jsp, Servlets, Application servers, system hardware capabilities, application packages, DBMS, Middleware products, Networking and Communication.
* Prior exposure in BPM / ECM technologies is an advantage
Qualification & Experience:
B.E/ B. Tech in (IT/ Computer Science/ EEE/ ECE)/ M. Tech/ MCA (Must have Full Time degree with throughout 1st division) with 8 - 12 years of experience in Software Development (PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is preferable).
This role offers:
* Working experience on world class matured products in BPM, ECM CCM domains.
* In depth coding and project implementation experience on Java/J2ee technology Stack.
* Designing, prototyping, development, testing and delivery of quality software products.
* Involvement in business strategic activities, multiple project management which include providing directions on projects, systems & Need analysis, software evaluation, resource planning and scheduling.
* Participating in POC, review of documents, estimation and generating technical documentation of product, keeping in compliance of Newgen Quality Systems and Procedures.
