C#, .NET MVC development,SQL and PLSQL,OOD,OOP, SharePoint/MOSS/Power View solutions, tools (TFS)- SDLC/ITIL/ITSM , Agile/SCRUM
Must Have - Skills:Technical: - Atleast 4 years of Hands on experience on developing MVC applications. - 1+ years C#, .NET MVC development experience. - Knowledge in relational database design (specifically Oracle). Excellent SQL and PLSQL skill using Oracle database. - Strong Object-Oriented Design (OOD)/Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.Non-Technical:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Good problem solving and analytical skills- Participating in testing and updating the business continuity plan- The flexibility to work outside of normal working hours to meet deadlines.- The ability to understand team dynamics and use interpersonal skills and personal judgment to achieve goals Nice to Have - Skills :- Experience in Banking domain.- Experience designing SharePoint/MOSS/Power View solutions.- Knowledgeable with Configuration Management concepts and tools (TFS)- SDLC/ITIL/ITSM understanding is desired- Previous experience working with Agile/SCRUM environment utilizing Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
