* Min 7 + years of experience in ASP.NET,C#, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF,SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, architecture, database design
* Analyse business requirements and translate it into well-designed and documented software components based on Microsoft technologies.
* Design and develop web applications.
* Exhibit and establish a culture of quality software development.
* Responsible to understand the project execution process and adhere
* Responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions
* Develop and guide the team in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
* Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews.
* Responsible to test team deliverables
* Responsible to produce unit test cases for deliverables
* Actively participate in discussion with customers product management & technical teams
