JD: Key Skills and Experience:
1. Need a Team Lead to join BPM team with strong experience in Java/J2EE Technologies and very good exposure to BPM
2. Must have handled a team of at least four resources for more than 2 years in the past
3. Hands-on coder, has design experience in designing enterprise level software systems
4. Understanding of Database systems, ability to write SQL queries
5. Very good understanding and real time experience on Restful Web Services
6. Solid understanding of BPM concepts
7. JMS experience will be added advantage
