Job Title : Developer/Sr Developer/Lead(UI/UX)

Job Location : Hyderabad, India


Job Purpose (In a brief, specific one or two-sentence statement, answer the questions: "Why does this position exist?" and "What is it expected to accomplish?")
The person will be responsible for development (includes architecture & design) of UIrelated application componentsand/or enhancements to existing applications required as part of the CBG Technology team in DAH2, Hyderabad, India.

The role will work closely with the CBGT Singapore and India teamstodevelop features of a release based on the CBG technology roadmap and requirements from various business users of CBG technology.

This role will play a hands-on role to develop and deliver quality applications within the desired timeframes.

2. In-house Capability: Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by following good practices and habits while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
3. Learning: Should be able to deliver consistent results and scale on new technologies faster.
4. People Leadership: Ability to lead a group of technical engineers and mentor them appropriately. Ability to define technical goals for a group of engineers and review them periodically.

Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.)
1. Responsible for facilitating, generating and executing great user experiences for our clients and their end users.
2. Acts as a coach, mentor and lead for both internal teams as well as an advocate for our clients' needs, a technical lead is a true veteran of human-centered design, interaction design and design research.
3. Work with Architect and developers to choose front-end technologies.
4. Facilitating dialog around end-user requirements and business requirements.
5. Maintain consistent usage and styles for different technical platforms such as mobile, web, tablet etc.
6. Provide guidance for cross browser and mobile device support.
7. Work with developers to tune performance of application based on web and mobile device best practices.
8. Mobile application development experience and strong understanding of responsive design approach.
9. Responsible for the Core UI framework, designs, implements and maintains it.
10. Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
11. Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
12. Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.


Required Experience (Indicate nature and extent of work experience including minimum number of years required.)
1. A graduate in computers or Engineering from a reputed university.
2. 3 to 10years of hands on experience of the building rich interactive user interface.
3. Highly skilled at front-end engineering using HTML5, CSS3, JSON, AJAX and Object-Oriented JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap).
4. Good exposure of responsive web development for different web and mobile platforms.
5. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
6. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
7. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
8. Execute design principles and user experience to implement high-fidelity mockups as well as interaction flows.
9. Develop creative as well as compelling visual designs inclusive of working mockups, paper prototypes, icon development and screen layouts.
10. Follows coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts
11. Ability to understand methodologies/tools and a commitment to improving quality
12. Retail Banking experience on desktop and mobile is a strong advantage.
