Candidates from IIT, premier institute, premier companies product based are considered, if you are from service based so you need to be strong in technical capability as defined below and must have experience to work for product based client, banking client is preferred)
Hiring for the Client - UBS (Its permanent position with HCL and you will work for the client UBS)
Salary - There is no bar at all in terms of package and designation and other stuff. They only need strong technical candidate and you need to clear their two technical rounds. Package and other is not a constraint at all (Also so many candidates from Microsoft, adobe, yahoo are rejected earlier so technical strong capabilities is the main criteria)
