DESCRIPTION:
Purpleframe is seeking Team Leads with 7-8 years of .Net development experience on web based systems. He/She will be responsible for best practices for the development team as well as mentoring other developers. Must have experience managing teams, task allocations, reporting status and SCRUM.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ability to view problems objectively and develop creative solutions to highly complex, time sensitive problems.
* Experience in C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Angular JS, Bootstrap, SSRS, SSIS, OO Design Skills,
* Superior troubleshooting ability and drive for results
* Allocate tasks on daily basis with appropriate follow ups.
* Ability to motivate teams, promote best practices and measure performance
* Very good team player, helps and guides other team members
* Manage day to day operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 7-8 years of .Net development experience on web based systems.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of web technologies and enterprise development.
* Hands on experience in Developing and maintaining applications
* Excellent communications skills.
