DESCRIPTION:
Purpleframe is seeking Team Leads with 7-8 years of .Net development experience on web based
systems. He/She will be responsible for best practices for the development team as well as mentoring
other developers. Must have experience managing teams, task allocations, reporting status and SCRUM.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to view problems objectively and develop creative solutions to highly complex, time
sensitive problems.
Experience in C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Angular JS, Bootstrap, SSRS, SSIS, OO Design
Skills,
Superior troubleshooting ability and drive for results
Allocate tasks on daily basis with appropriate follow ups.
Ability to motivate teams, promote best practices and measure performance
Very good team player, helps and guides other team members
Manage day to day operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
7-8 years of .Net development experience on web based systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong knowledge of web technologies and enterprise development.
Hands on experience in Developing and maintaining applications
Excellent communications skills.
