Skills and Qualification :-
* Managerial and business expertise in the Banking/Financial domain, preferably Retail Lending.
* Strong hands-on experience in .NET, MVC, Angular JS, WCF, JIRA.
* Should have experience for handling Production availability (L3) teams for the support platform including Infrastructure monitoring implementation/enhancement and support, Production and non-production maintenance, Infrastructure upgrades/ coordination and support, Deployments/ Migrations, installations, and configurations across multiple platforms and applications, Release planning/scope/migration and Security Management support
* Having knowledge project performance tracking tools like Defect tracking, team's Productivity matrix, Risk tracking,
* Ability to manage resources, finances and deliverables on a variety of projects simultaneously, with changing priorities Ability to think logically; excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
