Job Description:
* 8+ years of experience with solid portfolio, demonstrating design savvy.
* Ability to seek out simple solutions to complex design challenges with an eye toward usability.
* Strong working knowledge of user mental models, personas, IA, task-flow/state-transition diagrams, wire framing, VD. Creating design specifications and guidelines.
* Communicate status and design plans with cross-functional teams and Product Owners.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure that the design concept is implemented.
* Define information architecture and UI interaction flow of web mobile and tablets apps from concept to completion.
* Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.
* Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure, Invision & Adobe Suite.
* Working knowledge of HTML5/ CSS3/ JavaScript, Ext JS is a plus.
* Insurance domain experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
