Job Description
Position 1: Windows Admin (8-15 years)
Upgrade and Maintain OS Versions.
· Managing the Calls like production Node, Domain controller down, File system corruption on production server and production major H/W failure.
· RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission.
· Planning and implementing fixes / Patches
· Escalation of Disk management task on production system from L2 team.
· Complex Health Checking.
· Citrix related issues , affecting significant no. of users
· High-end changes like change in cluster, hardware replacement, software/driver Upgradation on production systems.
