Expertise on at least one framework out of Hibernate, Struts, Spring etc , preferred to have multiple framework hands-on experience.
JSP,HTML, Java, Java Applets, Web Programming Skills, Web User Interface Design, Webservice Knowledge , Software Debugging.
Application server hands on experience on any of websphere, weblogic or JBOSS.
Hands on experience on any database SQL, ability to write and modify complex queries.
Ability to handle small team, prioritize , assign and review work , maintain work balance. Ability to prepare rotation plan for Team maintaining 24x7 availability.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders, participate in portfolio level meeting and provide updates, excellent ownership skills and ability to participate and drive production bridge calls when needed.
Excellent troubleshooting skills , ability to coordinate with multiple teams, ability to make decision on production issues and think towards workaround to bring down system up asap and later fix the problem through RCA route. Ability to visualize a larger picture and understand impact of issues on business.
Good analytical & communication skills.
Expertise in either DB2 or MYSQL or Informix or Oracle
