Role Responsibilities:
Role: Analyzes business requirements/processes and system integration considerations to determine appropriate technology solutions for internal and external customers. Designs, evaluates, codes, configures, tests and documents applications based on system and user requirements.
• Create flow charts and systems/Architectural diagrams to assist in problem analysis using Current & Future states.
• Responsible for preparing design documentation which includes UML design like Sequence/Logical diagrams, Use cases, swimlane cross functional charts.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents software according to Dell’s systems standards, policies and, procedures, security and compliance requirements.
• Prepares test data for unit, string and parallel testing.
• Analyzes business needs and creates defines software solutions including custom developed and off the shelf software.
• Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.
• Resolves customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
• Interacts with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements.
Skill set:
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of application programming and analysis. Strong Object oriented programming skills
• Strong software engineering skills, thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Experience around OOAD, Design Patterns, SOA, BPM, Service Bus, Security, Authentication, Performance Counters
• Strong Problem Solving skills, Analytical skills, Troubleshooting and ability to learn on the fly.
• Strong presentation skills, written and oral communication skills. Should be able to work in global development environment
• Self-starter, proactive and team player.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Very good knowledge of OOPS, SOA and Design Patterns.
• VS 2013, Dot Net 4.5, C# 3.0/4.0/5.0, TFS 2012
• ASP .NET, MVC 5, Web services/WCF, RESTFUL, SharePoint.
• HTML5, JQuery, Angular JS
• Very good exposure on Automated Unit Test cases, Code Coverage, TFS Automation builds, Branching & Merging.
• SQL server2008, Oracle (PL/SQL in 10G/11G Environments)
• Hands-on Experience on win/web development, Oracle database and related technologies
• Design and develop new app tier components (Web applications, Web Services, Windows services, .Net APIs) and enhance existing components for the applications using .Net framework
Experience: 6-10 Years of relevant experience
Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA from a reputed university/institution
