Job Description:
Essential: Up to 10-15 years’ experience in Sales and business development in IT related industry.
Desirable: Knowledge on upcoming technology in industry, should work closely with all the functions for meeting organizational goals & objectives
Skills :

Role : Business Development Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Objectives :
1. Sales:
- Manage the full IT sales cycle (lead generation, price negotiation, execution of sales
plan and deal closure)
- Identify new business verticals and generate new clients for the company
- Responsible for sales pitch, provide demos/presentation to clients, prepare status
reports, share updates with the leadership team
- Need to prepare the proposals and initiate negotiations to convince the client for new
business.
- Review pricing by working closely with business heads
- Extensive Experience with IT Projects
2. Communication: High Level of Communication
3. C-SAT: Responsible to maintain higher C-SAT level in the working area.
Notice Period: Immediate to 10days
Academics
1. B. Tech (IT)/Any Graduate (Computers)
2. MBA (Sales & Marketing/Communication) would be added advantage
