Job Profile -   Span & LocationZone - Jhagadia          Reporting toTechnology & Process Head         Purpose Statement Building commitment to management decisions, encourage exploration of new technologies and drive continuous process improvements Key Role & Responsibilities -Approve all process information documents -Initiate technical improvements w.r.t Catalyst, Process Efficiency, to reduce breakdowns and improve uptime of plant -Review training process of Process Lines to operations team and functional teams -Provide guidance to operation and process team for successful and productive operations -Ensure that plants run at design capacity and ascertain Aarti Standards of HSEQ are adhered -Monitor Process Line updation w.r.t to assets -Ensure all defects to be analyzed thoroughly and develop tools for deviation management -Make a system for reviewing product quality by process team -Monitor product quality on daily basis and identify gaps and action plan to optimize them -Ensure standardization of waste handling procedures on all sites of Zone -Ensure process development & Improvement for existing processes with R&D Team -Define timeline for basic engineering -Generate and approve feasibility reports for new projects -Conduct technical evaluation of Equipments and Technology for the process -Ensure smooth pre-commissioning and commissioning of modifications and Plants -Provide guidance and inputs for managing the information related to implementation & effectiveness of the elements -Ensure that all the data to monitor the effectiveness of the elements are updated on a regular basis -Ensure that relevant data is captured and analysed to monitor and evaluate the the effectiveness of the systems -Identify training needs and key improvement areas and develop team by providing them the necessary training Job specification Experience7-10 Years Qualification B.
