KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Functional *Collect and analyze business requirements for Oracle financial modules. *Having good knowledge In oracle financials Modules (GL,AR,AP,FA,CM) R12 *Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations. *Problem solving and analytical skills from backend and frontend. *Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance. *Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion *Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly *Experience in XML Publisher. *Having good knowledge In OFA *Experience In oracle Integration Tables and using APIs General *Manage several projects concurrently. *Ensure all Company and Department policies and procedures are followed. *Follows IT standards & defined processes and policies for workflow using a systematic approach, to complete assigned tasks. *Ensure positive service image in the user community. *Perform other duties as assigned. KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION *Bachelor Degree in related IT field. WORK EXPERIENCE *Minimum 4-5 years experience in related field. *Experience in logistics industry a plus. *Minimum 3 years Experience in XML Publisher Tools. * Experience in Oracle Integration and APIs SPECIFIC SKILLS *Must work well in a structured change management environment *Proven experience in ERP suite *Understanding of the business a must *Proven experience in XML Publisher *Good Knowledge in OAF * Experience in Oracle Integrations COMPETENCIES *Customer service oriented *Problem solver *Strong work ethic *Team player *Out-of-box thinker *Organized LANGUAGE SKILLS (same for all Senior Administrators) *Strong verbal and written English skills. *Excellent communication and presentation skills. *Able to communicate technical issues and problem resolution information to end users and peers. TRAVEL *Must be holder of valid passport. May be required to travel.
