Years of Exp- 8-15 years Location- Viman Nagar-Pune Timings- 9:30AM-1:00PM (Entry closes at 1:00PM) Lead development teams in the appropriate selection and use of technical frameworks, platforms and design patterns: oDevelopment and technology planning provides guidance in best practice and tool use in the design and build of technical frameworks and the applications built on them oArchitecture and design proposes & implements technical solutions, ensures their integrity, and that the solutions can be built, implemented and maintained within timelines/budgets oTechnical design authority internally recognized as a specialist on complex technical areas, will oversee benchmarking, installation, upgrade, configuration, deployment and testing activity oImproves quality investigates and prototypes innovative approaches to improve software quality oProvide Stability ensures development teams can develop in a stable and productive environment, with minimal rework required due to architectural change or related problems as products evolve oIndustry knowledge familiar with industry changes in technology standards, information management, development standards, methods and emerging 3rd party software in order to advise on technology and leverage industry best practice in the design and construction of software products Able to provide day to day technical control of development projects by: oAssisting Project Management in planning technical aspects of projects oProviding regular updates on project status and risks oSupporting and mentoring individual developers oPerforming detailed technical reviews to ensure overall design is being implemented Effectively support Sales and Sales Consulting and facilitate winning quality new business through: oProviding high level ballpark estimates for proposed solutions oIn concert with other architects within client creates a center of expertise and forum for common component design, reuse and exploitation. oProvides significant contribution to the definition and documentation of development standards and best practices. oProvides input in the drive for constantly improving the scalability, extensibility, interoperability, reliability, availability and performance of software products. oCreate, Deliver, Refine and Validate a JAVA/J2EE/.Net based technology solution/stack during pre-sales and delivery. oDuring pre-sales, elaborate and validate the patterns, technologies, products chosen for relevance and risks. oOwn the solution and elaborate the architecture with respect to the functional and non-functional requirements oUnderstand various process, tools and accelerators and use them in the solutions process oActs as a member of a high-performance organization by engaging in value add activities that leverage the collective capabilities of the team Participate in solution reviews with the leadership team Interested candidates can share their profiles at mansy.arora@nihilent.com along with below details Total years of Exp Working as Solution Designers/Architect Current Organization CCTC ECTC NP Ready to travel to SA (Short and long term)- This is mandatory Available on 13th Dec Documents Required on date of interview 1.
