Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of software solutions to meet customer's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Provide accurate estimates of work
▪ Guide the project technical vision - Technology to use, Delivery plans, What patterns will use, etc.
▪ Take up the responsibility of entire Project. Develop the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
▪ Implement the best practices and coding standards of the project.
▪ Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients
▪ Should be proactive while reacting to the surprises and should have written explanation for the same
▪ Assist and guide the PM/BA in project coordination
▪ Investigate operational or systematic problems and user queries as required
Key Skills (Mandatory): - .NET/MVC/C#/MS SQL Server/JavaScript/AJAX/WCF/TFS/WebAPI/ Application Performance Engineering - Excellent business communication skills.
Demonstrated skills in the following areas are preferred:
• A solid understanding of OOP principles
• A good understanding of N-tier and N-layered architecture
• Experience in Dev Express Windows forms controls, specifically data grids and scheduler controls a
plus.
