Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining APIs via RESTful web services
Design and implementation of database schema, queries etc
Architecting new products, improving existing systems, identifying the right tooling and frameworks
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
Implementation of security and data protection
Participate in the entire application lifecycle: design > develop > test > maintain
Work closely with the QA team on unit testing and functional testing
Mentoring Junior Developers
Skills:
A minimum five years experience as a backend developer
Proficient knowledge of programming in Python
Proficient knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Django, Flask, Tornado etc
Experience working with relational databases and ORMs like SQLAlchemy, Django
Designing database schemas
Experience implementing server-side authentication and authorization mechanisms
Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Basic knowledge of security compliance, vulnerabilities
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Experience in deploying Web Applications to Server.
Location- Chennai
Experience- More than 5yrs
Salary- up to 17Lacs depends on last withdrawn salary
