ITSM Tools â€" Service Now, etc., Automation platforms/frameworks/tools. • Understanding of UI elements, APIs, Database interfaces etc. • Ideal is a Coding + RPA (BP/AA/Selenium) experience or Testing + RPA (BP/AA/Selenium) experience.
