Job Description:
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineering Manager to manage a project for our prestigious customer. Your primary focus will be to develop MDM, and Analytics solutions for both Android, and iOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ship top class applications through technical leadership of a team of highly talented developers as well as by hands-on development.
• Design application and system architecture that is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for high performance.
• Create agile solutions while not compromising on the fundamentals of good and maintainable programming.
• Interface with customer to understand short and long term goals of the project.
• Inspire development team by example and through excellent management to build best of the class applications.
• Improve processes within the team and enforce sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of applications.
Required Qualifications:
• B.E. in either Electronics & Telecommunications or Information Technology or Computers.
• Expertise in mobile application frameworks either Android, or Windows, or iOS. History of hands on development of mobile platform is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and database design, both relational and NoSQL.
• Experience in design, architecture, and development of large distributed web based systems. Will consider candidates exceptionally strong in one of the mobile platforms with a history of managing teams for web based systems as well.
• AWS or Azure experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Strong skills in team leadership and building positive customer relationships.
• Experience with full software lifecycle methodology, including; coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• At least 10 years software development experience, with minimum 3 years in a management role.
• Previous startup experience and a startup mindset is a huge plus.
