Experience: 3yrs - 15 yrs
Mode: Contract to Hire - (Initially 3-6 months Shell Infotech payroll after that you will convert to Client perm payroll, based on performance)

The EDSC is a 24x7, 365 days a year operation. The position is located in Hyderabad, India.
Job Responsibilities
 Take an active role coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting software applications.
 Ability to follow detailed specifications
 Ability to learn new technology quickly
 Possess subject matter expertise in specific platforms, technologies, domains and/or tools that are strategic to the operation of the Discovery function.
 Adhere to prescribed standards, procedures, and development methodologies.
 Collaborate with QA professionals to encourage defect prevention over detection.
 Collaborate and coordinate closely with BA professionals, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure user stories and tasks are thoroughly understood by the entire team.
 Provide input around improvement of development processes
 Provide 3rd level production support, when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree required. Information systems or computer science type degrees preferred.
 2 - 5 years of experience in standards-based Web application development in the Microsoft stack.
 Ability to work effectively on projects following Scrum principles, with working knowledge of the concepts, tools, and practices.
 Experience with test-driven development is a plus.
 JavaScript skills and knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Aurelia, etc…) is a plus.
 Experience with common design patterns and their application, such as MVC and MVVM.
 Knowledge of relational databases usage and application integration
 Exposure to an ORM (nhibernate, entity framework, etc…) is a plus.
 Knowledge of Object Oriented development.
 Knowledge of common e-Discovery tools is a plus (i.e. Concordance, Relativity, Clearwell, IPRO, and OCR software packages).
 Scrum Certified a plus.
 Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels and areas of expertise.
 Ability to identify project risks and escalate in a timely manner.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
