New Requirement – Technical Lead for ECA Team
Experience - 8-10 Years
Shift time – Swing Shift (2 PM to 11 PM) and Night Shift (7 PM to 4 AM)
Location - Hyderabad
Client - Aeries Technology Group( Aeries Technology Group )
Qualification Requirements : B-Tech, MCA
Experience & Exposure Requirements:
· Good Experience in developing .NET and ASP.NET applications using .NET Framework 4.5 and above (MUST)
· Good Experience in C# coding and class libraries (MUST)
· Experience of (MS-SQL Server 2012) database development, querying , analysis, writing and reviewing stored procedures, functions and views using Transact SQL (Level of knowledge - Intermediate) (MUST)
· Ability to understand the database logical and physical schema and extend the existing schema. Required advance SQL knowledge to troubleshoot the issues (MUST)
· Good implementation knowledge on Angular JS and JavaScript (MUST)
· Experience with code refactoring
· Experience in leading a team. Would be responsible for providing technical assistance to the team, risk mitigation, project delivery.(MUST)
· Should have worked in Agile Scrum teams and is aware of Agile Scrum Delivery principles
· Should have excellent communication, presentation and interpretation skills
· Should be good at analyzing issues / situations and reasoning solution proposals
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Playing technical lead role with managing delivery, risk mitigation and technical assistance to the team.
· Take ownership and assume end to end responsibility including design and unit test code
· Able to specify, plan and deliver new or updated application functionality
· Seasoned in understanding applications, data interfaces and hosting environments within
· Plan the delivery of new or functionality enhancements
- As part of the Applications team support the change management process on existing systems and implement new solutions in line with project implementations
Personal Attributes:
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken)
· Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
· Independent Thinker

Please be aware Technical Lead position is being hired for ECA team , They needs to work in 2nd shift and night shift only.
Bottom line 50% of their time in 2nd shift and 50% in night shift.
