In depth understanding of Business Intelligence solutions for Customers
ï‚· Strong analytical skills, above average written and verbal communication skills and strong decision making capabilities
ï‚· Flexibility to work with huge volume of data and multiple clients/projects
ï‚· Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Angular 2+, Bootstrap 3+
ï‚· Working knowledge on Adobe Flex 3.6 \ Apache Flex \ Adobe Flash Builder \ ActionScript 3.0 will be an added advantage.
ï‚· Experience on developing custom interactive reports, complex visualization development, use of parameters, report optimization in HTML5\CSS3\Javascript\Angular 2+\Bootstrap 3+
ï‚· Be an Interface with a set of stakeholders to create technology specifications from business requirements for one or more modules within the project
ï‚· Responsible to prepare the technical design of the components within the module (one or more of client/web presentation tier, server tier, data access and data model, integration component, package function customization)
ï‚· Assists the architect in articulating the pros and cons of using a certain technology stack or component or design pattern versus another to the clients and project team and drives selection of technologies, designs to come up with the optimal architecture
ï‚· Drives the performance tuning, re-design and re-factoring for a module
ï‚· Contributes to designing and implementing the build, release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application
ï‚· Implements (hands-on) the module components based on prevailing Framework and Open-source standards & its best practices.
ï‚· Mentors the team (people working on the module and other project team members) on technology concepts and best practices for design, implementation and other processes.
ï‚· Gather business requirements, elicit technical requirements.
ï‚· Experience of working with healthcare and pharmaceutical data assets or with SQL Server is an advantage (Preferable)
Key Responsibilities:
 Provides technical troubleshooting for web platform emphasis on root cause analysis and performance
 Applies performance tuning techniques
 Writes and maintains documentation describing changes/modifications
 Researches solutions to various business and technical problems, evaluate alternatives, scope appropriately and present recommendations with justification to management
 Self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal direction and be team oriented with ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences
 Demonstrate good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
 Excellent problem solving and logical thinking capabilities with an attitude to excel
 Good team player and collaboration. Ability to work closely within a project team
 Develop new user-facing features
 Build reusable code and libraries for future use
 Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
 Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
 Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
