Experienced in Java/J2EE
Experienced in Spring MVC
Experienced in web services
Experienced in Design Pattern
Experience in design and development of complex systems based on J2EE
framework.
Strong communication with both technical and business teams
Should have extremely good knowledge on SDLC processes
Should possess sound knowledge on IT Application architecture, Design methodologies
across multiple platforms
Expertise in development / design of large web based applications using one or more of
development technologies such as JEE, Struts, JSP/Servlet, Spring, Hibernate, MQ, XML,
XSLT, Web Services, Enterprise Service Bus, Javascript , SQL Serve & DB2
Hands on experience in Tomcat and Weblogic/Websphere servers
Creating design documentation and UML diagrams.
Excellent knowledge of Design patterns.
Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills
Should have good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies,
human interaction, software ergonomics
