In the space of IT, ADP India operation provides complete range of software development and technical support services. On the BPO space, the India operation provides Solution center services that involve back office operations covering both voice and non-voice processes. The operations can be classified into two areas:
Software Development:
We work with onsite business unit teams to build and support various products of ADP. Our work spans the entire software value-chain, from strategic Business Process Re-engineering and Enterprise Application Integration to Operational Product support and Maintenance.
JD:
⢠Develop the functional and technical understanding the existing products portfolio of around 20+ products in payroll / HCM domain
⢠Go deep into to integration workflow between different products data flow.
⢠Requirement reviews, coding, code reviews, solution design, and solution design review.
⢠Coding [~20%] and guide team [~80%] on .NET technologies [HTML, CSS, Javascript, VB script, ASP, ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB 6.0, COM, SQL Server]
⢠Understand the situation and escalate with required stakeholder for quick resolutions.
⢠Has done around 5 end to end deliveries being in the delivery lead role with a team of around 5 members.
⢠Deployment of product from lower environment till production.
⢠Cross functional inter / intra department communications to get the job done.
⢠Production issues fix releases by replicating, fixing, and delivery as patches / hotfixes / product release.
⢠Delivery Process creation, process monitoring, and status reporting for bringing efficiency into business delivery.
⢠Estimations for small / medium / large requirements and is able to assess the estimation provided by the team and present / commit to those estimates with required justification.
⢠For managing agile releases, the person should have proven skills on Scrum execution using tools like Rally.
Team management
⢠Efficiently drive, self and team, on getting the short / medium / long term delivery objectives achieved for group.
⢠Drive team towards increasingly increased Quality of deliverables.
⢠Drive team towards new learning / innovation in functional / technical / delivery focus areas.
⢠Managed high level of associate engagement in varied situations.
⢠Have done at least 3 team appraisals for direct team members.
⢠Bring value to the table by working with the team members with different functional skills.
⢠Adaptability to changes in Team/Role/Technologies.
